Several studies have shown that the practice of Mindfulness reduces depressive and anxiety symptoms, helping to prevent these symptoms from appearing during pregnancy and in the postpartum period, significantly improving the well-being of pregnant women. This program will help you meet your needs as well as the changes in your body and mind during pregnancy, childbirth and parenting through Mindfulness. It also aims to integrate Mindfulness skills to deal with the challenges of adjusting to the postpartum period and parental stress, facilitating the mother-infant bond. Mindfulness allows you to find well-being, managing stress and increasing productivity, freeing you for what you like most and who you love the most.
